A Landers Production
What would it be like to interview a ghost? Writer Angela
Reid (AUDREY LANDERS) learns the answer when she finds Billie Blaine
(JUDY LANDERS), a Hollywood sex goddess from the 1960's, haunting her
beach house. The blonde bombshell is determined to find out how she
died twenty-seven years ago. The public believed it was suicide but
she says it was foul play.
The girl digs into the past while the ghost scares up
trouble in the modern Los Angeles. Together, they write a biography
that brings to light Billie's murderer (ANTHONY FRANCIOSA). Now a respected
politician, he'll stop at nothing to kill their story. He has Angela's
boyfriend (JEFF CONAWAY) kidnapped, forcing them into a dangerous confrontation
with him and his goons (THE BARBARIAN BROTHERS).
It's the dearly departed versus the nearly retarded
as they play a hilarious game of cat and mouse inside the Movieland
Wax Museum. When the bad guys finally come face to face with the supernatural,
they don't have a ghost of a chance.
